About the role


Training Manager will be responsible for delivering required product/technical training for a whole range of professional product categories.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing a training strategy to help expand Brand Knowledge within the sales channel, in coordination with the Eastern Europe and EMEA Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Ensuring a consistent brand message is conveyed via training in line with the overall Milwaukee brand strategy.
  • Building & implementing effective training plans, suitable for all stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Brand Managers to develop and implement the Training Programs suitable for the Professional market sector and maximizing the potential with both Internal & External Customers as well as End Users
  • Presenting the benefits of training to relevant EE & EMEA teams and driving them to utilize these opportunities in order to further strengthen the company's training culture and put the training facility to its full potential.
  • Maintaining, developing, and establishing good working/training relationships with existing/ new Milwaukee Customers & End Users, both internally & externally.
  • Providing End User support to customers when required and supporting business growth.
  • When required, offer staff and/or user training at customers' premises.
  • Maintaining relationships with Key Service Agents, visiting their premises on a regular basis, and offering bespoke service training as required.
  • Keeping Internal Customers (management, finance, logistics, marketing, product development, and customer services) up to date with key developments in Training & Market intelligence.
  • Train the trainer – Identifying, establishing, and developing other trainers in the business to support business product/service/technical training needs.
  • Supporting business line managers in establishing and imparting required training to their teams like product/H&S training to field-based staff, product induction training to new starters, etc.


Person Specification

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role/environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to Communicate Features and Benefits of product in a classroom environment.
  • Ability to understand and analyse training need requirements and develop training plans.
  • Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to think strategically and in consideration of the bigger picture.
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Flexible and open approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • A good team player with a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong project management skills to handle different requirements simultaneously.
  • Poland and Eastern Europe travel required.
  • English is a must
